Eric & Maria :: Married :: Arden Hills Wedding

Eric and Maria are absolute sweet hearts!  Every time I photograph these two I can feel their love through my lens.  Not only do they have such a great love for each other but they also have the cutest little girl ever, Sophia!  She is really such a doll and she made their wedding day that much more special.  Their wedding day was filled with lots of laughter, love from friends and family and even more laughter.  A couple days after their wedding, Maria sent me this super sweet email:

We would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You for capturing our special day.  There is something about your personality that is refreshing, fun, and easy to work with.  You make taking photos enjoyable. We dont even have to look at the pictures to know that you did an amazing job.
Our wedding party has referred to you as a “ninja”.  You go above and beyond to make sure you capture great shots whether it means being in a bush, rolling around on the ground or near a swarm of bees.
We look forward to seeing the pictures and having another session with you in the near future.
=)

Maria, you, Eric and Sophia were easy to work with as well and a blast, I truly enjoyed every minute of getting to know the 3 of you and your family and I cannot wait to see you again soon for more pictures!

They were married at Arden Hills Country Club.

Lea of Special Event Hair and Makeup did a fantastic job as always with Maria’s hair and makeup.  You rock girl!

Last minute Eric and Maria decided to do a First Look and I know they were so glad they did.

Isn’t Sophia the cutest?!

Jasmin & Eddie :: Baby Bump

I love love LOVE when my past bride and grooms come back to me for their maternity and newborn photos!  I was so excited to see Eddie and Jasmin with her adorable baby bump!  I photographed their wedding last year at Morgan Creek Golf Course.  I cannot wait to meet their bundle in just a few weeks!

Bridgeport :: Personal

If Italy wasn’t enough paradise for the summer, 2 weeks later we headed to our other favorite place on earth, Bridgeport.  We camp there every year with Scott’s family and anxiously await for our trip to come around every year.  Now that Evan is walking/running EVERYWHERE we were even more excited to watch him really take in Bridgeport and see new things.  He had lots of adventures and learned so much while we were there, including new words like fish, deer, birds and creek.

We used to camp in a tent, but now with the baby we make sure to have a roof over our heads because there are bears that come into the campgrounds every night.  Last year we actually saw the bear from our window, this year we must’ve been too tired to get up and look for him.

Evan’s favorite thing to do at the lake: throw rocks in the water.  We could hardly pull him away from the lake because there were still rocks on the beach that needed to be thrown into the water.

Lower Twin Lakes

Mono Lake

The boys fly fishing, our other favorite thing to do while in Bridgeport (among many things!).

Future fisherman!

My two favorite guys in the whole world!!  I love them to pieces!

Zoey :: Newborn

Zoey was such a precious little model!

Maya :: 6 Months

Maya is 6 months old and I cannot believe how fast the time has gone!  I can’t wait to see her for her 9 month session soon!
