Eric and Lauren went to High School together, dated and then went their separate ways after graduating. Some time had passed and they reunited, this time for good. They love each other and appreciate each other more than ever, and what really bonds them together is Eric’s little girl whom Lauren has taken on as her own daughter. They are such a beautiful, strong and loving family it really makes my heart smile and I cannot wait to document their wedding day next year when 2 families become one.
I was so excited to see this family since it has been a little over a year since I last photographed their adorable girls!

Dear Evan, today you turned 2 years old. I cannot believe how fast the last 2 years have gone by, it feels like yesterday I was heading to the hospital in partial denial that I was going into labor (since you decided to arrive 5 weeks early!). Watching over you in the NICU was the longest and hardest week of our lives, but now I look back at the picture below and it amazes me how far we have come. You have grown into a little boy, no longer a baby and you are my world. I love your free spirit, your constant joy, your laugh and the way you’re so passionate towards trains. Your daddy and I never thought life could get any better and then you arrived in our lives and our most favorite moments ever are with you. We love you with all our hearts and would do anything for you, happy birthday my little man.

I love this family! I photographed Maria and Eric’s wedding in August and it was so good to see them again for family pictures this fall and because Sophia is almost 2!

Little miss Parker is already 12 months old! I have so enjoyed watching and photographing this little girl from the beginning, in her mommy’s tummy. I cannot wait to see her again in the near future too!
