I can’t even believe this year is over and we are onto a new one.  2012 was such an incredible year, I don’t know how 2013 will top it, but I am for sure going to try!  I always create resolutions, or what I would like to call “Goals” for each year, personal and business related.  Looking back at the goals I set for myself in my business I am so amazed at how many of them I accomplished this year.  I won my first award for one of my images being a Fearless Award from the Fearless Photographers Group.  I have officially become an International Wedding Photographer, and my plan is to expand that to Portrait Photographer in 2013.  I was honored to have attended a workshop/mentor session with 2 Wedding Photographers I look up to and have so much respect for, that was such an amazing experience!  And I now have an office manager, which I have been needing for a long time now, and I am so proud to call him my husband.  He keeps me sane and helps me tremendously, I would be lost without him!  Those were just a few of my goals for 2012, and I have many more new goals to accomplish for this upcoming year.

Here’s a teaser from a wedding I just photographed on the 29th and I am still amazed at the gorgeous weather we lucked out with!

Merry Christmas!  Okay, it’s a couple days late but this holiday season has kept me going non-stop, which I am so thankful for, but Christmas was only 1 of 4 days off I’ve had this month, so I took advantage and didn’t even turn my computer on all day.  Our Christmas was the most relaxing we’ve had in a long time as we just stayed home and enjoyed watching Evan play with all of his new toys.

Now that the holiday is over, I have a lot of catching up and a TON more blogging to do with all of the fabulous holiday sessions I’ve been doing as well as all of the Christmas babies that have been coming into the studio!  I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year!
