Happy hump day! Every year we look forward to our annual trip to our favorite place on Earth, Bridgeport. We meet my in-laws there and we stay in a rustic cabin for about 2 weeks fishing, hiking and sitting around the campfire. It is so relaxing….well, as relaxing as it can be with 2 kiddos. But the air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful, and my favorite part is at night looking up at the stars and milky way; we just don’t get that view in the city. Needles to say my boys had a blast playing in the dirt, throwing rocks in the water and running around the campground with all the kids they get to see every year at this time.
