I am offering 2 types of mentoring sessions, which one are you most interested in? 3 hour session learning your camera and how to take nice pictures. This includes learning your camera's settings. 6 hour session, first 3 hours includes learning your camera and settings and the other 3 hours includes on-location, hands-on shooting with a model (you are welcome to bring your kids as models or I will provide the models).
Please note that this session is for personal use only and not for those intending to start a photography business or take on clients themselves. Agree
To save your mentoring session date and time a deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. Agree
3. If Client must cancel or reschedule within seven (7) days from the date of their original session their non-refundable retainer can be applied to another date at Photographer's current prices. If Client cancels less than 7 days in advance the non-refundable retainer is forfeited and cannot be used towards another session. Retainer is non-refundable but at Photographer's discretion in the event of an emergency involving Client or Client's family. Agree
4. Jacqueline Photography takes utmost care to honor scheduled session times and to deliver products and services as promised. However, should Jacqueline Photography or agents be unable to perform services due to illness, injury, family crisis, or unforeseen emergency, Jacqueline Photography reserves the right to reschedule the session within calendar year. If there is not a suitable time within calendar year, clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. If Jacqueline Photography fails to comply with this contract for any reason, liability is limited to the total amounts paid. Agree
