Family Questionnaire

To help me get to know your family better and to help with location ideas for your session please answer the following questions:

Please introduce me to your family with a brief description of each member (the description can be basic or silly facts, whatever best describes them).
How would you describe the style of your home? (contemporary, beachy, traditional, eclectic, etc.)
Would you say that you prefer color, b/w, or both?
What is it about this stage in your family's life that you never want to forget? (i.e. if you're pregnant does your husband do something you never want to forget like talk to your belly, or if your kids are in a fun stage what is something they do that you want to remember and have captured forever?)
What do you hope to get out of this session (i.e. Wall portraits, custom cards, gift portraits for family, albums, ect.?)
What do you and your family love doing together?
What would be your dream vacation with your family?
