Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, cash or check (payable to Jacqueline Photography). Returned checks incur a $25 fee in addition to any bank fees. * Agree
The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer. * Agree
Jacqueline Photography owns the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. * Agree

Images that come directly out of the camera are at a 4x6 ratio, which means that 5x7 prints will be cropped a half an inch, 8x10 prints will be cropped 2 inches and 11x14 prints will be cropped 3 inches and so on. If you do not want an image cropped you can email me to find out what sizes are full size with no cropping. Here are the standard non-cropped print sizes: 8x12, 11x17, 16x24 and 20x30. Stores such as Michaels and Aaron Brothers sells frames and mattes that will fit these sizes. * Agree
